Diets are available in the market for you to lose that extra weight. But have you seen, this is not the best and healthy way to diet and there is no diet that will show result without exercising. If you have tried every other diet, without getting results, it’s time to change your eating habits. Therefore, here are few recipes which not only are fat free and allow you to lose weight naturally, but are also delicious.

Filling Chicken Bake

You need the following things:

Chicken stuffing- 1 box, cream of chicken soup- 1/2 can, egg white- 1, chicken breast- 1, butter substitute, egg noodles- 1/2 bag and chicken broth- 1 can.

· Grill chicken breast and cut into bite size piece.

· Add egg whites, broth, and cream of chicken soup in a baking pan. Mix well.

· Cook the chicken stuffing according to the description on the box.

· Add the grilled chicken breasts, egg noodles and butter in the baking pan mixture.

· Spread the stuffing on the top of the pan and spread it evenly.

· Let this bake for 35 minutes in an oven at 420 degrees and let it cool.


You can substitute ingredients here unlike other fat free recipes. Like egg whites can be changed with egg beaters, replace egg noodles with chicken noodles. You can also change to cream of any soup rather than chicken only.


Cheese Spinach

Frozen spinach- 250 grams, Spaghetti sauce- ½ jar, egg- 1, low fat mozzarella cheese- ½ bag, fat free ricotta cheese- 250 grams and parmesan cheese- a tablespoon and noodles- 1 bag.

· Boil noodles.

· Mix the ricotta cheese and spices with an egg and half a cup of the mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese in a bowl.

· Defrost the spinach and drain out all the water. Add the spinach to the mixture.

· Spread this mixture in a baking tray and add spaghetti sauce over it.

· Place this in oven at for ½ hour at 240 degrees.

· Remove immediately and spread the remaining cheese over the tray and allow it cool for 10 minutes before serving.


Low fat recipe do not taste bad nor are they laden with calories. This allows you to use your body storage fat because of fewer calories.
